Return to Nature 5, 2021, 24″ x 25″ inches, Media: Glycee
Return to Nature is a juxtaposition series where I explore the bio-mimic relationship between architecture and nature. Within the series I seek to understand how we have built massive structures from concrete and steel that very much resemble what already exists naturally. We have done a good job of mimicking what nature does on its own without any guidance from a man-made process. To me this is fascinating to see the intersecting lines between what man has created and nature creates on its own.”
