Yaw Afrim Gyebi “YAG,” born and raised in the Ashanti region of Ghana, is a self-taught documentary photographer. His work includes photography that is inspired by the children and adults around him in order to create an awareness about the various life challenges they face everyday. He expresses the humanity of human existence in his photographs, and serves to use his talents as a storyteller to give a voice to the voiceless.
